Effect Size for 3-arm cluster randomized trial

Hi,

I am in the process of calculating the effect size for a 3-arm cluster randomized trial. I was successful in calculating it using your software. However, I would like to see the equations that enabled the calculation, so I can repeat it in SAS and references for the equations as I need it for a paper I am writing.
